- What does Challenge the Storm actually do?
Challenge the Storm is on a mission to support those affected by mental illness - whether yourself or a loved one. With the proper tools,
and the proper education, we can progress the social message of encouraging determination in the face of adversity. We have opened a forum to communicate personal stories of overcoming mental illness. We are slowly rolling out more tools and educational resources to be accessible to all who seek support.- Where did the name come from?
While flying up the east coast after a long week at work, a thunderstorm appeared in the distance (yes, a real thunderstorm). Alex recognized that he was facing his own thunderstorm, but so was everyone else on the plane. He also recognized that the only way through was to Challenge the Storm. - How can I become a writer?

Challenge the Storm is always looking for help: writers, contributors, advocates, followers. No contribution is too small. Writing an article, or simply sharing on social media. Every little bit helps. Do your part.
